Basic knit scarf:

Cast On 30 stitches.

Knit three rows.

*Wrong Side: Knit three stitches, purl twenty four stitches, knit three stitches.

Right side: Knit all stitches.*

Repeat * until desired length. 

Knit three rows. Bind off knit-wise.
